Hi! I'm Will Bennett.
Husband, Father, Coach, Friend, and Mover.
As a coach at Movement Gym, my mission is to help people of all ages and abilities become more resilient, comfortable and confident. I believe that fitness should be an energizing experience which you look forward to every day.
My approach to fitness is centered around creating a positive and supportive environment where clients feel encouraged to explore movement and challenge their physical skills.
Wills Background
I grew up wrestling and spent the last few years as a high school wrestling coach and middle school track coach. In the gym, I’ve led large bootcamp classes and worked with both youth and adults as a personal trainer.
I am a husband, father and advocate for getting kids outside.
I spent several years as an Outdoor School program leader working with middle and high school students. I earned my Wilderness First Responder Certification from the National Outdoor Leadership School and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Portland State University. You may also recognize me from National Geographic Channel’s The Legend of Mick Dodge as seen as Will of Stone.
I look forward to moving with you!
